A lot has changed over the past few months, and the annual Nurses Run 5k Challenge is no exception.
While we had to cancel our traditional event in May, we’re mixing things up and hosting our first-ever “virtual” run.
The Healthcare Heroes Virtual 5K will be hosted by the nurses of Marshfield Medical Center-Beaver Dam with all proceeds directed to the BDCH Foundation’s Health Care Careers Fund.
Participants can choose to run or walk the 5K at any time between the dates of Aug. 15 and Sept. 15. Using your assigned bib number upon registration, you have the option to post your results manually.
The registration fee will be $30 for all ages, and you will receive a race tech shirt and a neck gaiter, which will be mailed to you after the event officially ends on Sept. 15.
