Support for the Community BDCH Foundation supports important community health and wellness initiatives, both inside the hospital and around the region. Four times per year, the BDCH Foundation accepts grant applications from non-profit organizations within the region requesting financial assistance for projects that improve safety, promote community wellness and provide education on health-related issues. Grant application forms are available here or by calling 920-887-4851 and are reviewed quarterly, with due dates of Jan. 15, April 15, July 15 and Oct. 15.

The Foundation’s Fund Allocation Committee reviews each application to ensure it aligns with Foundation objectives and then makes recommendations to the Foundation Board of Directors on which grants to fulfill.
