Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Natalie Ross has always been interested in the human body and wanting to help others. Medicine was a way to combine those interest, and a nursing path provided her many options within the field.

“I had an awesome experience as a student in this same women’s health clinic in 2015,” she said. “I truly enjoyed the patients, staff and providers and ended up getting offered a job. It was a great decision.”

In women’s health, Natalie focuses on improving her patients’ overall health and quality of life. She has special interest in weight management and treating obesity holistically. “It is about more than just a number on the scale,” she said.

Her philosophy for care is to take time to listen and get to know her patients.

“I truly enjoy how each patient represents a new opportunity to connect and help someone to live the healthiest and happiest version of themselves,” Natalie said.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctorate of Nurse Practice from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois.

Natalie and her husband, Kyle, have been married for more than 15 years. The couple has two children, Charlotte and Flynn. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on Wisconsin sports teams, spending time with family and exercising.
