Eagle's Wings Earns 'Excellence in Action' Award
BDCH Eagle's Wings has earned the national "Excellence in Action" Award from My InnerView by National Research Corporation (NRC). This honor recognizes long-term care and senior living organizations that achieve the highest levels of satisfaction excellence, as demonstrated by overall resident satisfaction scores.
Eagle’s Wings is a 20-bed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) that serves the needs of seniors who need supportive services or are unable to live independently.“Providing compassionate, high-quality care for our residents is a commitment we’ve made to our region, so we are extremely proud to have been recognized by the National Research Corporation,” said Kim Miller, FACHE, BDCH President & CEO. “Whenever I visit Eagle’s Wings I am touched by the way our staff truly cares for each of their residents and the relationships that have been created. It is gratifying to know the families who have entrusted us with the care of their loved ones are happy with their decision.”
In a survey performed by My InnerView, Eagle’s Wings’ satisfaction scores rated in the top 10 percent of all qualifying facilities and helped Eagle’s Wings become one of only eight Wisconsin facilities to earn the distinction.
