Beaver Dam Clinic Reopened

The Marshfield Medical Center-Beaver Dam (MMC-BD) family practice center in Beaver Dam, 130 Warren St., Suite 132, has reopened and is seeing new and returning patients alike.

Those looking to schedule an appointment at the Beaver Dam center can call 920-887-5975. Those with primary care providers at other MMC-BD clinics can continue to call their providers to see which care option, including telehealth and phone care, is best for them. Maintaining patient safety while offering high-quality care is MMC-BD’s top priority, and staff continues to implement the following safety measures:

  • Temperature screening for employees and patients at all entrances
  • Nose and mouth coverings for all who enter MMC-BD facilities
  • Signage and markers encouraging social distancing
  • Separate waiting rooms for well and unwell patients
  • Visitor restrictions remain in effect
