HealthWORKS provides complete management for your Regulated (DOT) physical exam programs.

• HealthWORKS provides Regulated (DOT) physical exams by Nationally Certified Medical Examiners.
• All physical exams are conducted at selected clinic locations or onsite at your company location.
• Our team of physicians, physician’s assistants and nurse practitioners perform a comprehensive, cost-effective physical examination in conformity with DOT standards (FR part 391, Subpart E).
• Upon completion of the physical, your employees are issued a laminated wallet card that certifies that they have passed the physical requirements necessary to drive commercial motor vehicles. In addition, we will provide you, the owner, with the necessary papers to meet your requirements (long forms, updated long forms, drug screen results etc.).
