Hillside Manor is a Medicare/Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility.

The facility, adjacent to Beaver Dam Community Hospital, offers skilled nursing, comprehensive Rehabilitation and Wellness, as well as an extensive activities program. Activities are designed to meet the needs of each resident, with both individual and group programming.
