Williams was a long-time resident of Mayville and a 50-year member of Mayville Golf Club. In his final years, Williams suffered from Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Williams recently passed away and Dianna and Tom Williams organized the event to both celebrate his life and benefit those diagnosed with these afflictions. Of the total amount raised, $5,500 was donated to BDCH Hillside Home Care and Hospice.
